Many customers have their own
trucks. If this is the case you can deliver your consignment
directly to our export gateway. Please address it as follows: For onward transport by truck (consolidated shipment container): Agility Logistics Ltd. Please advise us at least 24 hours prior to the required time of collection. |

| Packing | The purpose of packing is to protect your exhibits. Please remember that the goods will be moved around the exhibition area and that you must provide ample packing material for the return transport. In some countries packing material is not stored under cover during the exhibition so if cardboard packaging gets wet, it can no longer be used for the return transport. We therefore strongly recommend wooden or plastic packagings. | ||||||||||||||||||||
| Labeling | Labeling your goods serves to
identify them during transport, at customs, and on the exhibition
site. In general we recommend that each item is labeled in
the following way:

On request we can supply you with completed labels and transport regulations for specific exhibitions. Both can be obtained by filling in the "Order Form". |

| Customs Forms | For
goods which are returned unaltered to Switzerland after the
exhibition: - ATA Carnet or - Export free-pass document For goods which might be returned to Switzerland after the exhibition: - Export free-pass document or - Export declaration Issuing an ATA Carnet or a free-pass document can be done by you or we can do it for you if we are informed in advance. For goods which definitely are to remain abroad: - Export declaration |

Contrary to the almost identical regulations within Europe for drawing up invoices and packing lists, the laws vary in destinations abroad. Detailed information on how these documents should be prepared can be found in our transportation guidelines which we provide for each individual exhibition. |

| Important | Commercial
samples / advertising items In some countries the
import of commercial samples such as watches
and pocket calculators is only allowed with an
import licence which is
troublesome to obtain. Matches and
lighters come under special regulations for hazardous
goods and may not be shipped with your other goods. Likewise
there are certain regulations which cover the transport of food products (i.e. smoked
meat [Bündner Fleisch], chocolate). Please contact us in good time if you intend to transport products such as these. We will gladly advise you. |
