Ordering Your order should be transmitted to us in writing. We can provide you with the relevant forms.
Collection or
delivery
Many customers have their own trucks. If this is the case you can deliver your consignment directly to our export gateway. Please address it as follows:

For onward transport by truck (consolidated shipment):

Certainly we can collect the goods from you. Please advise us at least 24 hours prior to the required time of collection.
Packing The packing should be such that it protects the contents. Please remember that the goods will be moved around the exhibition area and that you must provide ample packing material for the return transport. In some countries packing material is not stored under cover during the exhibition.
Labeling Labeling your goods serves to identify them during transport, at customs, and on the exhibition site. In general we recommend that each item is labeled in the following way:

On request we can supply you with completed labels and transport regulations for specific exhibitions. Both can be obtained by filling in the "Order Form".
Customs Forms For goods from Switzerland which will be returned unaltered after the exhibition:
ATA Carnet or free-pass document with proforma invoices

Agility Fairs & Events can issue an ATA Carnet

For goods from Switzerland which are intended to be sold:
Free-pass document with proforma invoices

For goods from Switzerland which will definitely remain abroad:
Export declaration and invoice, including validation invoice, and EUR1 if the value of the goods exceeds CHF 10,300.-.
Important For certain sensitive products special conditions may apply; for instance matches and lighters, depending on quantity, are designated as hazardous. In such cases please contact us in good time.

Some European countries (eastern Europe) require special invoicing forms. We will gladly advise you.

For the transportation of every sort of food product please contact us in good time. We will explain the precise conditions applicable in the country of destination.

Insurance Please note: Agility Fairs & Events undertakes no liability for your exhibition goods! We strongly recommend that you take out an all-risk insurance to cover the goods from the time they leave your address until their delivery to the final destination. Please also ensure that the insurance covers the duration of the exhibition. If required, Agility Fairs & Events can organise this policy for you.
Payment Invoices for our services should be settled within 10 days of receipt. We reserve the right to request cash on delivery or payment in advance.
